- 5 / 5By RC PagI'm pretty tough on BBQ joints. But this one passes with flying colors. The chicken and the brisket were both excellent. The mac and cheese is flavorful, and the slaw is sharp and tangy. A soft, mildly sweet cornbread and few crisp, fresh pickle slices round out your meal.
They have a few sauces on hand. I recommend the Sweet and Hot. They have a XXX ghost pepper sauce for those who like to feel the burn. The weakest of the sauces was the Carolina, but it's Tennessee, so I'll forgive it.
