  We had to clean our own table when we came in. Place wasn't really busy. Out of a few things that we ordered. Was given a dirty drink cup. And the manager on night shift was on a personal call in the lobby where customers could here. The most helpful was CJ.

  What's up with this DQ? Amazed that items that we have grown to love are no longer available to order? No longer offer snickers blizzards and don't carry coconut any longer? WHAT? Service here has gone downhill in a short time and can never get what you can get from other DQ's!

  I know every time isn't going to be perfect, and almost every time I have eaten there, I have issue. When I order kids meals the sides are wrong. I ordered a cheese curds and get charged for the dipping sauce (nickel and diming a customer should be told to the customer before they pay) and the items on the menu get dropped (we quit going regularly when they quit putting vegetables on the $5 meal hamburger).
  On the positive note my husband loves eating there because you have banana splits, unlike Sonic who got rid of them, you give the option of vegetables on the $5 hamburger meal, and I don't have to peal the strip off the kids meal to get their ice cream -I'd forget to take it off and it would get ketchup or drink on it and it was a mess.
  I know you can't keep employees, but there was a cashier (African American man in his late 30s or 40s) who worked there 3 yrs ago. My 3 yr old had broken her arm, and he was golden in customer service to is. Aside from the food, his demeanor was worth going there. I was sad when I figured out he didn't work there.
