  Bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. The waitress/bartender told us she would be right with us. She washed dishes for a good ten minutes afterward, and then was at the end of the bar dancing while we were waiting to order. Left and went across the street. We are big Applebee's consumers, so this location was very disappointing.

  Applebees has really worked with their menu and gotten some great items. They are a little short handed, but everyone that's there seems to be trying their hardest. I like to go when Ashley is bartending. Not only are her drinks amazing, she offers up good conversation, she's outgoing, fun, and lively. She can handle a lot too. I've seen her run that whole restaurant by herself. She's seriously a boss! Have you seen her make drinks? Seriously, the blink of an eye and your drink is done...It's nice seeing someone who's young who has the work ethic she does and yet still hold down an educated conversation. Mgmt is lacking a bit, but overall, they've really stepped up their game! Good food, great drinks, and great, friendly service

  Just left this place about an hour ago. We were there for over an hour before we got our dinners. We had 4 adults and a child. We finally got our food and it was either cold or greasy, or both. Gave my plate back to the waitress to heat it up, and 15 minutes later...still no food. The other 3 adults start3d to eat theirs, but couldn't eat much of it because it was room temp and greasy. I requested to see the manager, and 5 minutes later she sent another wait staff in her place. Needless to say...I told him that we were leaving and wouldn't be paying for anything. He apologized and we left. What kind of manager sends a worker to deal with a.problem. Very unprofessional, very bad service (we left no tip either), and really bad food. Don't eat there! They need to fire everyone and start over or just shut the doors. Go to O'Charley's or The Catfish House of you want a good meal and pleasant experience!
